Welcome to the First Initiation:
Self-Application Training
A foundational journey in becoming a skilled Kambo Practitioner, or simply deepening your relationship with the medicine.
This 4-day in-person training offers a ceremonial gateway into the world of Kambo. It is a powerful immersion designed to support both aspiring practitioners and individuals seeking a deeper, safer connection to their own healing journey.
While this training is the first step toward becoming a certified Kambo Practitioner, the 12-month personal initiation is only required for those who wish to move forward to Phase 2: Practitioner Training. If your intention is self-healing and personal use, you are welcome to complete this training on its own, no further commitment required.
Who Is This For?
This initiation is open to:
~ Those called to begin the path toward becoming a Kambo Practitioner
~ Individuals seeking a deepened, structured relationship with Kambo for personal healing
~ Anyone who wishes to feel safe, grounded, and prepared to self-administer Kambo at home
Pre-Requisites:
~ You must have received a minimum of 3 Kambo sessions
~ You are physically well and emotionally stable enough to participate in this training safely
~ You’re able to approach the medicine with a calm, grounded presence and a mindset of humility, gratitude, and reverence.
What’s Included:
~ Comprehensive training in self-application techniques, safety protocols, and intro to protocols
~ Downloadable Resource Book to support your learning
~ 12-Month Kambo Journal (required only for those moving to Phase 2)
~ Kambo Tools & Supplies: Kambo stick, burning sticks, Dragon’s Blood, Sananga, and Rapé
~ Community Mentorship: 3 group Zoom calls over the course of the year
Certification:
~ Self-Application Training Certificate (awarded after completing the 4-day training)
~ 12-Month Initiation Certificate (only for those moving on to Phase 2)
To receive the 12-Month Initiation Certificate, you must:
Complete and submit your 12-month Kambo journal
Attend at least 3 of the 4 group support Zoom calls
Submit a short reflection essay (max 1,000 words) on why you feel called to serve Kambo

This path is for those ready to commit to a year-long initiation of personal practice, reflection, and growth.
Your journey begins with Level 1 Kambo Practitioner Training, followed by ongoing mentorship and integration support over the next 12 months. Upon completion, you’ll earn your Initiation Certificate, a requirement for advancing into Level 2 Practitioner Training.
